Awful experience from the Folkestone branch. Two members of staff giving false information trying to cover up mistakes rather than admitting responsibility. Would never use them as have absolutely no trust. They even hung up on me when I was asking why they had given false info

I had to sell my father’s house in Deal, Kent. I was not that familiar with the area so didn’t know which estate agent to choose. I was advised by someone I know in the property business to “choose the very best estate agent in the town, even if they’re more expensive than others”. Well, I asked around and the feedback was “Miles & Barr”. I did have 3 other estate agents pitch for the sale.Well, the house is now sold and I just want to say a big thank you to the team at the Deal office for all their help, advice, encouragement and professionalism. I have to mention Matthew, Natalie, Joslynne, Brandon, Rebecca and also Emma from the Sandwich office who, together with the Deal team, guided the sales process through from offer to completion to ensure there were no unnecessary delays.

The helpfulness of the staff cannot be stressed highly enough: exemplary standard set by Luke Jackson, (the Manager), and cascading to the whole team. Very impressed with the high quality marketing - the professional photographs, property description and information on the surrounding areas of interest and amenities made a real difference to the advertised package. I have marketed 2 properties with this branch and cannot recommend them highly enough.
