GoogleExcellent service provided, very courteous staff and always willing to help. Fantastic photography service and did not feel pressured into putting our house up for sale. I would highly recommend and ignore the negative comments. Branch is now open until midnight which is great for working people.

GoogleBuying a new home a bit stressful but the Miles and Barr team at Canterbury have all done their bit to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Emilie's smile, cheerful, friendly and helpful approach gives a very human side to her professionalism. She somehow makes you feel that you are special. Well done to her in particular but also the team as a whole.

GoogleLynette from Miles & Barr has been an absolute superstar, shuttling me around to viewings and giving loads of great advice on areas as I’m new to town. She has shown me some wonderful places that I hope to make a move on soon and has her finger on the pulse of everything. Plus she’s a really good laugh (or at least puts up with my bad jokes). Thank goodness I never have to deal with this Estate Agent ever again. Such bad service from staff. Totally unreasonable requirements to even be put forward for a rental application.

GoogleMyself and my partner took a day of annual leave to view 4 properties today. Unfortunately one sold a few days ago which is understandable. They did however phone an hour before we were leaving to then cancel two of the viewings. As you can imagine we are extremely upset and annoyed by this as it meant we have wasted a day preparing for this. Awful estate agents. Would not recommend to anyone.

Shocking agent. They illegal let a workman into my property while I was away who made a mess, started work without my permission, and worst of all: stole some of my stuff. They are refusing to help. All I got was a "were sorry we didn't tell you someone was coming round" email. Now they are trying to withhold my deposit. Absolute crooks.
