GoogleCan not fault Webbs in Hinckley. Brilliant service. the last year I have had to deal with the Cannock branch. I can’t say they haven’t helped when needed because they have. But how I get spoken to by two members of staff in particular, is terrible. Even though they are aware I suffer from anxiety, they felt the need to interrupt me and practically call me a lier. It’s a shame because if they didn’t treat me the way they did, I would have much more respect and a higher opinion for them. Lisa (I believe her name is) is very helpful and even stayed behind after work to help us, I can not fault her at all, just a shame some of her colleagues let that branch down.

GooglePeople at the cannock branch like to talk down to you and treat you like an idiot. I'm a first time buyer and I wish I wasn't dealing with them gutted as they came so recommended.

GoogleIf I could give less than 1 star I would ! My partner put her house up for sale it was sold with another estate Connells but too cheap so webbs said that it was sold way under what the current market was and they would easily sell it for more money and what the true value of the house was so we put it up with webbs 4 months ago . The valuer came out and said it would sell no problem so did the photographer since that day we’ve have 10 viewings in 4 months and I think most of those were not vetted as we always had to ring to see how the viewing went and was told a majority of the time , oh we can’t get in touch with the people who viewed we will ring you back . Alas the phone call never came . We’ve had no response or communication or feedback on what to do to sell the property or any advice from webbs and the final straw was when we rang on Sunday and spoke to a Brenda who was abrupt and impolite with us . So if the sales team arnt going to try to sell the house then what hope have we got . The house is in a lovely area in heath Hayes and a similar house 4 doors down sold for over the asking price with a week . That has 14 viewings in one week and we’ve had 10 viewings in 4 months . I would not reccomend webbs estate agents in any shape or form and they have wasted 4 months and f our time and I feel another estate agent would have easily sold the house by doing the basic things that webbs obviously haven’t done . We are now 4 months behind the market and hopefully another agent will be able to get the house sold and try to extinguish the stress and anxiety that’s webbs have caused us !

GoogleWeb’s estate agents were really helpful with the sale of our home. They sold it for the asking price in days. The team were all very helpful and friendly and made the sale go smoothly. Would definitely recommend to others.

GoogleBrilliant service nothing is too much trouble and the staff are lovely to communicate with. I especially like how we were free to view the house without someone following us around which left us free to talk to eachother.

GoogleHad a booking in place for over a week, on the day of the viewing I received a reminder text about the viewing, we travelled 40 minutes to the house and there was no one there to show us around. They had mixed up the booking somehow and there was nothing they could do apparently.
