GoogleLiers!l eft us with no heating no bathroom floor or shower with a baby for 7 weeks. deny they have record of any reports. Pass you from person to person so they can use the excuse of....sorry I wasn't dealing with it when that was reported. Dear Chris We are extremely upset to read this review and are very disappointed that you have felt the need to portray our agency in such a negative way. You have reported an intermittent fault on your central heating, which is remedied by resetting the boiler. Your landlord has advised that the boiler is still under the manufactures warranty and he wishes for the repair to be completed as part of this guarantee. Dealing with property maintenance is of the highest priority to us, however from time to time, we must work within constraints imposed by either the landlord or the landlords own tradespeople. With regard to our professional membership, not only are we a registered agent with The Property Ombudsmen and Client Money Protect, as is our legal obligation, but we also chose to be a regulated agent in an unregulated industry - We are proud members of Propertymark to demonstrate our continued commitment to improving professional standards. We would kindly request that you refrain from asking any more friends and family to leave unnecessary negative feedback, as their unjustified trolling has been reported to google. GoogleWebbs were my 2nd Estate Agents for this sale. They were excellent and discussed each stage with me with regular calls and valuable feedback. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to get the property sold. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
