The experience with John Shepherd was standard it’s really what you expect it to be. The thing that did stand out for me was Alex genuinely who managed to help me through start to end and explained everything properly to me. He went out his own way to stay after his shift to show me a property because I wasn’t free no other day and this was so beneficial because I’m moving in a day or 2.

What a wonderful estate agent to have actually found a property with. Excellent from start to finish. We met Mohammed at the property for a viewing he was very professional and polite, had a smile all the time. Reported a repair for my hot water tank at 7am panicking about no hot water / heating with a child in my property, by half 9 I had the lovely Pauline dealing with it and had contractors assigned almost straight away, was a very fast process and Pauline even rang me to give me the heads up about the contractor struggling to contact me to arrange coming out, she was so friendly and sorted it all very quickly, Parker & sons (Charlie) arrived at my property within half an hour of speaking to somebody at the office and now it’s all sorted. Big thank you to both of you :)
