Great letting agency. I can't praise this team enough. They keep up top date with letting me know what's going on in my properties, send me the required HMRC paperwork on time and are thoroughly nice people to deal with.....a real 5* company for once :-)

GoogleTook a "holding deposit" for a property and are refusing to give it back for no valid reason, after their referencing failed us! (despite being told about some old adverse credit) If you're a renter or landlord for that matter BEWARE of these cowboys!!!

Really good customer service from start to finish. Rickie who dealt with my queries and lease of property especially. Rickie understood my circumstances and went above and beyond to help me to secure my flat rental. GoogleWere pleasant until actually getting the property. Some of the staff push for you to give them a review before you even get the keys. Also please be aware that they will try to withhold your deposit so make sure to take videos/pictures in order to keep your full deposit.
