One of the worst letting agent!! Never ever get any repairs done in time and gives complete ignorance even to urgent issue!! Never rent out from them!!

Lovely to work with when getting you into a property, as soon as you're in you'll be abandoned. If you flag something up for maintenance they will ignore you unless you refuse them access when they want to enter the property. Will absolutely rip you off when returning deposit. £110 for cleaning after you clean the place top to bottom. Leave it a mess and at least you'll get your money's worth.

They didn't tell the tenant they switched off the gas and he was without heating and called me at 10PM We agreed on discounted price to find a tenant but they went back to their usual prices AFTER not very professional and doubt will use them again

GoogleAbsolutley disgusting people . Made me and my wife drive 50 miles for a viewing to walsall bloxwich just to tell us on the phone 5 minutes before the viewing that is has been let out on the weekend .
