After some initial communication…

After some initial communication problems , Ellie and Lucy took over the letting of my property. Ellie acted promptly and professionally to resolve the communication problems. Lucy then kept me regularly informed and advised me on the letting process. She also quickly and efficiently organised necessary works to be carried out to ensure successful letting of the property. This has given me confidence to leave the management of the property in their hands. Their help and support is very much appreciated.

Can’t thank Michael enough

The service we reviews fantastic, we needed a new property quickly and fortunately one came up with BJB. Although the house was very popular and viewing had been closed Michael did everything he could to get us in, I think he missed his lunch! The service was professional but personal and we were kept informed through ever step of the process. We are moving in next Wednesday! Just two weeks after viewing the property! All thanks to the hard work of Michael, he has been brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

Stay away!

Almost two and half years spent with BJB and honestly, i have never had a worse customer service experience. When searching for new homes we avoid anything managed by BJB. We have seen really nice homes, great location and price but if they go through BJB, we avoid like the plague.They were by far the most expensive agency and when i told them that they are very expensive their answer was " Yes, we know" The online system to report problems is a joke. We had a lot of problems with our house and they just choose to ignore us. In general the staff in the local offices were typical professional.By far the worst experience i had with any company. Glad this misery end as i bought a house now.

Fantastic service received from BJB

Fantastic service received from Stafford BJB. The staff go above and beyond to chase other agents when needed and it feels as though nothing is ever too much trouble. Buying/selling can be extremely stressful and I genuinely believe that BJB are working for you not just for there fee at the end. I can’t recommend them enough. BJB will always pick up the phone and answer your queries/chase the chain etc, and remain polite, helpful and understanding even when you are stressed and agitated with the process. I’ve used BJB in the past and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!! Thank you so much for everything and a special thanks to jo and everything you did for us!!

From Bad to Perfect

Our first home was not the best but i won't blame this agency for that because they (sean) tried the best to sort all the problems but unfortunately the landlord did not do much to help the condition of the property but for all the help they have tried to give myself and partner are grateful for..After 7months ish at the property and getting no where due to the landlord we have been trying to get a new place we can finally feel safe and secure after having a conversation with Hayley Poole she told us she would keep a look out for us for new propertys that would be suitable for us and that she would give us a call or email to tell us about this, whilst myself and my partner were on holiday we received an email telling us about a property thats becoming available and weather we would like to view it ect, after viewings went ahead we got our dream house we can finally begin to be happy and not be anxious of whats next and weather or not we are safe in our own home. Myself and my partner are truly greatful and we appreciate everything you have done for us, Thank you so much for our future happiness and just in time for Christmas!!!. Honestly don’t know how they manage to sell houses. Tried multiple times to arrange viewings over the phone with no luck. Even visited in person to try and arrange viewings, but yet again no call back or arrangements made. Waste of time.

Really personal service

Michael at the Congelton branch has been great in helping our family find a property to rent, with regular updates of new properties coming on the market and advice on the local areas. With his caring personality, it's like I am dealing with a friend rather than just another letting agent, I feel he really understands our family needs and I am confident we will find the right property with his help, and quite frankly would be in the dark without his advice. Would personally recommend MIchael to anyone trying to find a property.

This is the second time we have rented our house with Butters John Bee. I have to say that the WINSFORD branch are excellent. They really help every step of the way and get the right tenants for you. The neighbours also commented on how lovely the tenants have been. I have to say if you are thinking of renting your house or even if you are thinking of renting then this is a great company. REBEKKA and NATALIE and JEMMA go above and beyond. Thank you for making something that could be so stressful so much easier especially when getting a new kitchen and windows fitted when new tenants are moving in. You make sure all parties are informed and this, for me, is the most important thing!

We had the most fantastic service from the Lettings team at the Newcastle-Under-Lyme branch. We live out of the area so having trust & confidence in the team was so important to us as we physically were unable to deal with the process of securing a new tenant. Incompetent!

I found the house buying process through BJB incredibly frustrating. I regularly had to send 2 or 3 emails before I got a response. They also insisted I attended "an hour long appointment" for which I had to take an 80 mile round trip - when I got there it only actually took 10 minutes and basically consisted of them try to convince me to use 'associated' solicitor. At one point I had an incredibly patronising conversation where a member of staff tried to tell me that I had misunderstood the valuation report - I had not misunderstood, they had or they were lying. They also lied about passing messages onto the vendor, and everything took soooooo long!Basically, if I hadn't have had direct contact with the vendor my house purchase would never have succeeded.

Terrible way to run an estate agency!

Terrible way to run an estate agency!Had a viewing booked asked them to wait until we at least viewed the property before accepting any offers, rang us 2 hours before the viewing to say it was sold....Didn't even give us a chance!Attempted to view said property from the day it was advertised but they couldn't accommodate, eventually arranged a viewing and they go and sell it before we even had a chance to offer?Poor property owner lost out I think without even realising - Sell quick, fast profits, never mind about the seller and their best interests. I'll never call these people again - AwfulAs for the reply below, it was actually YOU who couldn’t accommodate me in viewing, as also mentioned we were cash buyers with a substantial budget, I also asked you to let me know if any offers were made to at least give me some opportunity to consider a higher offer!Please don’t bother making contact, I’ll find my own property with agents that have a better idea on how to treat clients.
