Steve came out to see us and was extremely professional and understanding on what we required, Jo cope the sales executive in Cannock office was fantastic with on the ball phone calls right from the start. GoogleWe’ve just sold and purchased through butters the market is difficult at the minute but Amy generated viewings and got us sold at the same time she help no end with the negotiations with the house we purchased. Would highly recommend.

GoogleAwesome service from start to completion! We are so pleased that we chose BJB. So proactive on getting potential purchasers through the door and following up. GoogleDreadful company to deal with not passing offers on houses to the customer and having to do the job ourselves arguing on the phone poor customer service from multiple people at the office purchased a few property's with no issues and these have made it such hard work absolute waste of space
We are sorry you feel the service you received was not up to your expected standard. However all offers received do require proof of funding to be put to our vendors as substantiated offers.
