Having been searching for a property in a different area as a priority, we decided to open our search up to Cannock to see if this area could be an option for our search. Adam was incredibly helpful and informative and put together an accompanied tour of a handful of different houses in the area to assist us with getting a feel for what was on offer. Adam carefully selected the properties he showed us and we really liked some of the options. It was really refreshing to have Adam accompany us on the tour, as the majority of the viewings we had gone on with other agents were direct with the vendor which was very impersonal and it really put us at ease having an agent come with us on the tour. The whole experience was fun, relaxed and Adam genuinely contributed to a lovely afternoon. We did find a property in our preferred location with a different agent in the end, but we would have been more than happy to agree an offer through Adam and BJB had the circumstances been different and we would have had absolute faith in them as an agency. Everyone I spoke to in the Cannock office was warm, friendly and genuine. I would highly recommend the team at BJB in Cannock.

Adam was friendly and approachable, when I entered the house to view he made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend family and friends to Adam at butters John Bee. Fantastic friendly service! We recently sold our house with BJB in Cannock and the whole team were brilliant. Steve took us through the process so we felt happy and comfortable with the decisions we were making. Andy was really efficient with all our paperwork and we could always contact him easily with questions. We also took advantage of the Mortgage Advise provided by BJB and having Matt there to find the best deal for us was a great help when moving is stressful enough. We found everyone at Cannock to be professional and friendly and we thank them for their support.
