All estate agents have a special place in hell, but Palmer Snell take the biscuit. They are disorganised, rude, and dishonest. Terrible communication if any, and a bad attitude from all staff. Avoid at all costs.

Gr8 experience. The staff have been lovely - everyone. Assisted me all the way. I moved from Sweden and the contact was excellent - despite the distance. On site in the UK, the practical bits were taken care of in a good way. Kudos!

Tried selling our home through the Christchurch branch, in our opinion they are hopeless. Poor communication, lack of feedback, when showing people around they kept forgetting important points, and the even left the house unlocked on one viewing. In my opinion don't bother.

Very bad experience with these people. The staff give you poor information and advice, do not pass messages on and lose information. They make it very difficult to get your deposit back... I have opened a dispute with the deposit people....
