GoogleOutstanding service from Danny - always responsive, always tried to help us ( even when is wasn't strictly his role in the process) and kept us up to date on what was happening. This was at a time when he was exceptionally busy - yet I never had to wait long at all to get hold of him. He was always really polite and friendly, it was clear he really understood what it was like for us as clients and went over and above to reassure us in what was a stressful period. It’s not just about valuations in his game, but working out if people really do want to buy, and, for that matter, sell. He was always an informed, reassuring and often philosophical guide through what is always going to be a stressful process. Unhesitatingly recommended.

GoogleWe have just purchased a property through Key Drummond. The service from our first contact through to completion was first class. Lewis looked after us and he was always available to answer any question or offer advise when necessary. He is a credit to the company. One Friday afternoon Nick kindly took time from his busy schedule to meet us at the property so we could show our daughter around. We highly recommend this company and believe being an independent Estate Agency they offer a personal service which I am not convinced you would necessarily get from a national chain.

GoogleWe purchased our new house through Key Drummond (Canford Cliffs) a few months ago and they're great! Awesome, friendly team generally and, in particular, Annabella, who showed us around the first time (including collecting me from the station) and pushed the matter through, was so helpful, attentive and was on top of matters at all times throughout the process. Ron (for the second viewing, on a Sunday no less) was equally helpful, surprisingly providing us with blown-up copies of the floor plans to take home and mull over furniture configurations! Won't hesitate to use them in future and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
