As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!

What was a slow start due to the then market conditions and some delays with communication from legal professionals, our move was managed professionally by the team at key Drummond. Superb service, would thoroughly recommend

We initially put our house on the market with a different estate agent and didn’t have the best experience. After viewing a couple of houses via Key Drummond we realised the difference in service they offered. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been nothing but helpful and Chris went above and beyond. Sam took time to get to know us and more about our property and having this understanding meant we sold quickly. I would like to thank Chris and Sam at Key Drummond for all their hard work throughout our house purchase, although we were the buyers, they were still highly committed to making sure our experience was as smooth and stress free as possible, going above and beyond to answer my endless questions and find solutions to any obstacles along the way, even after completion day. On top of all this, we were given a beautiful hamper and "new home" picture collage which was such a lovely touch, we really felt touched by this and for all these reasons, we would absolutely 100% recommend Key Drummond to anyone looking to sell or buy, and will be using them in the future...that being said, we are so in love with our beautiful home that we know this won't be any time soon! They proactively contacted us, in-forming us with the latest updates during the purchase ultimately speeding the process up to the extent we were able to exchange contracts within a matter of weeks. Special mention must go to Nick, he listened to our requirements & continued to show us new properties over an extended 18 month period as we searched for our dream property as opposed to settling.
