Key Drummond Canford Cliffs reviews

We were very impressed with Key Drummond / Lewis especially, from the start of our house hunting when he appeared within 5 minutes after our phone call to his office requesting to view a property we were sitting outside. Other local agents only wanted to make appointments several days later. Lewis went out of his way to identify further properties and accompanied us on all viewings, seemingly having a good relationship with the property owners, having a good local knowledge which we needed as were new to the area and we always felt he went the extra mile to get our questions answered once the process of buying had started. We were lucky to find a property through Key Drummond and Lewis and his colleagues stuck with us through sometimes a frustrating process to get to exchange, enabling extra viewings, dealing with queries quickly and efficiently which has led to us owning a property and in an area that we are so happy with. Thank you Lewis and Key Drummond!

We recently had the pleasure of buying a new home in Branksome Park through Nick at Key Drummond. I cannot rate this Estate Agents highly enough. Nick found us our perfect property and was there for us through every step of the buying process: Liaising between us and the seller, checking that everything was on track and always being available. This experience certainly wasn’t what I was expecting from an Estate Agents, what is usually quite a stressful event was actually a real pleasure. Thank you Nick and Key Drummond for everything. Angela.

I have only good things to say about Key Drummond, in particular, their superb negotiator, Annabella Rose, without whom we may not have got this house. In April 2017, I contacted some 30+ agents in the BCP and surrounding area, as we were looking to move down from London. Only about 2/3 of those responded, often with properties that were nothing like what we wanted and not more than about half kept in touch, despite my calls and emails to assure them that we were still looking. Only Annabella stuck with us right through to late 2019. She never gave up, never treated us as ‘tyre kickers’, and never sent details which were not what we were looking for. No appointment was inconvenient (I’m sure we outstayed our welcome many times 😊). This was a major decision for us as we were moving both house and area, so we needed all the help and time we could get and Annabella was always available to talk and always available to view. After we found and agreed the purchase, she continued to help with all the info we needed, especially as it was a new house purchased from a receiver and, therefore, no existing owners whom we could ask questions. Annabella is a credit to her profession. If only more agents (especially around here) were like Key Drummond.

Key Drummond made our dreams into reality!

Key Drummond made our dreams into a reality. Me and my wife were able to purchase our new home in about 2 months against all odds. Chris Rowley and Sam Davidson are very well versed into the real estate business. When there were inevitable problems, they were patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done, and they did! Now me and my wife are first time home owners!

The only estate agent in the area I would use for sales. Nick was fantastic, pro-active, knowledgeable and sensitive with listing and facilitating the sale of my late fathers property. Thanks Nick, very much appreciated :)

Sale of two flats

Chris and his team sold our properties quickly and then provided the project management which our solicitors failed to provide. A very professional service that went beyond what they needed to provide.

I was buying a property and need to complete soon as possible. Lewis was very professional, great at communicating with both sides. Even went out his way chasing up unanswered enquiries from management agents. I completed on my dream home within 4 weeks from day offer was accepted. Thanks to Lewis and KeyDrummond!PositiveProfessionalism

Nothing but praise for this estate agent especially Nick who saw us through the purchase of our house. Solicitors took some time but Nick was patient and looked after both the vendor and myself and went above and beyond to make sure the purchase went through smoothly. As we are not from the area he even picked my wife up from the station in pouring rain!

We recently purchased a property locally through Key Drummond in Canford Cliffs, and the service received was excellent. We viewed the property several times, and it was never too much trouble. Lewis was always available during a trying process, and was also able to communicate with the agents in our sales chain to ensure progress was being made. We are very happy to recommend this agent.
