GoogleWe have just sold our flat with OJ and want to thank all the staff for their professionalism and assistance at all stages Micheal was invaluable in advising us on the right type of buyers and correct pricing They secured a buyer very quickly and assisted us through the whole process Rosalie is an unsung hero and worked tirelessly on our behalf. She embarrassed our Solicitor quite rightly due to their delays. She constantly prompted them and the Council and got results We will be forever grateful What they charge is directly related to their value for money and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone They always answer the phone and get you to the appropriate person They are the premiership of estate agents in the area and probably nationwide

GoogleI used OJ when purchasing my property a little over 10 years ago over in Bow Quarter and also more recently when renting out my property while I've been out of the country and I've had a fabulous experience with them. The staff there, especially Gina Begbie, have been really helpful and have always been happy to help out with whatever query arose, no matter how big or small. Highly recommended!

GoogleI recently used Oliver Jacques to sell a property in New Cross. I would 100% recommend using them. From the start they were honest and realistic, unlike other agents who massively over promised. They were communicative and proactive throughout the whole process. Rosaline was particularly helpful towards the end of the process when dealing with slow solicitors and was instrumental in bringing forward the completion date. Thanks OJ!

GoogleA property from OJ we love and hopefully soon we'll call our home is currently under offer :) it's been a very smooth process with Oliver Jaques' team since day one! We went to view the property three times in total between my husband and me since we could never go together at the same time. Harry was always so accommodating and efficient when booking the viewings. We've also met with Jack in the office briefly and he was very welcoming as well. GoogleI have lots of experience with Oliver Jacques over the years, many years as a tenant and then after I had bought my flat and decided to rent it when I moved away, they were my first choice to help me do so. Gina in Lettings has been supporting me as a Landlord for many years and is absolutely brilliant. She keeps me on the straight and narrow, gives me excellent advice and wisdom and has got me out of many a sticky situation. She is always able to come up with a solution to many issues that come. Always professional as an outfit and would completely recommend to anyone - renters or landlords.
