Scott and team recently took on the challenge of selling my rental property - I requested private sale only and gave them a two-week window. Scott was brilliant at nevigating a difficult situation with limited access to the house. The team arranged 8 viewings for a 2.5hour window and I received two cash offers. The house is now under offer and Scott and Jatin continue to be fully hands on and provide around the clock service. Scott has previously helped sell two of our properties and in both cases we achieved record prices and the process was as smooth as possible. That's why I didn't hesitate to turn to Martyn Gerrard this time round. I highly recommend Scott and team.

I've been searching for a property for a couple of months now, but I haven't come across an agency that communicates with the client to this level via calls, email & text ensuring that the set date/time are convenient before the viewing. On the viewing date I arrived a couple of minutes earlier to find the agent already waiting outside with a welcoming warm smile. Jodie showed us around the property highlighting all its strengths & positive factors as if it was her own property for rent. Although the property didn't tick some of my basic wants, I explained to Jodie what I was looking for as I knew for a fact it's not easy to find such a positive agent who took great interest in the client's need as if it was their own. My flat had been unoccupied for several weeks when I advertised it exclusively with a local agent. I decided to give Martyn Gerrard a go after reading the great reviews. It was such a good decision. They rented it within a week of having it on their books, and to the best tenants I have ever had. Zoe is brilliant, she gives great advice and is an excellent middle-man between me as landlord and my tenants. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

James and team at Crouch End MG were persistent in securing a buyer for our flat and ultimately getting a successful sale over the line. We had some challenges with a buyer dropping out in Autumn 2022, but the MG team quickly got the property re-marketed and found us a committed buyer despite the uncertain market conditions. We're grateful for James and team's positive approach and persistence, which meant we completed the sale in early 2023.
