I have had multiple challenges working with this letting agent and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. Even my landlord said their fees are high. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they neglected to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!

We were facing a few issues in the house, but our property manager, Jaeyda Dovie, stepped in and made fixing them a priority. She kept us updated throughout and coordinated the contractors to get everything sorted. We're very happy with how it was handled and would definitely recommend.

GoogleAlexandra was easy to deal with and really responsive throughout. She kept me updated and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process straightforward. I didn’t end up going ahead in the end due to my own situation, but that wasn’t anything to do with her. When i’m back to searching i will definitely be asking for her as it was overall a good experience and I’d recommend her.

Had an appointment with the Charlton office, they were late. I called, was told they were parking. Waited more. Nothing until the manager called 40 minutes after the appointment basically stating that they had no phone to call when they did not see the concierge so left. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you waste your time if this is their first impression.
