Josh Ward-Brickett was our main contact on the letting side with Knight Frank. He kept us fully informed, organising the gardeners to blitz the garden and then sort out a contract. He also organised quotes for repairs, the EPC and gas to be checked. He was always very happy to help and ensure everything ran smoothly. He took the time to explain what was required as well as listening to us. He is a great asset to the company.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation by James (manager) to initial viewings and feedback, Knight Frank delivered a personalised, professional and friendly service. We were told by local agents that our house on Finchley Road (NW11) was out of their area, and not high value enough to be prioritised. This was far from the truth, and the KF team helped us secure a price above most other agents' valuations. Special mention to Mike, Vipesh and Yasmin who all helped in the process, and took much of the stress away in selling after a close family bereavement. Some unexpected delays occurred in exchange and completion outside of KF's control, but again the team helped settle the nerves and saw things through. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend James and team.
