Which in itself is a rare occurrence in this day and age but especially appreciated as part of a large company. We had a brilliant experience selling our flat with Earlsfield KFH. Rebecca and her team, in particular Tom and Natalia, were fantastic from start to finish. They were professional and hard working, arranging a huge number of viewings from the moment the flat was on the market which enabled us to find a buyer really quickly. Even when the first sale fell through, they continued to work really hard to find a second buyer in record time to ensure we didn’t lose our onward purchase. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Although we didn’t finalise with him, I can honestly say that he was the most helpful, professional estate agent I have had the pleasure of coming into contact with. GoogleWe had an incredible experience with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward West Hampstead, David Moreton was nothing short of a miracle worker. Him and Theo went above and beyond to make sure our house purchase went through within the very tight time frame we had (7 weeks). This included house visits in lieu of his weekend plans, emails at all times of the day and night, and even personally picking up and mailing signed documents himself. Nothing short of a heroic effort, couldn't recommend KFH high enough!

We relocated to the UK last month and I had a few weeks to find a place. I registered with KFH and immediately received property alerts. My second viewing was at our home. I was more than an hour late, I let Lucy Baker know and she kindly waited. I loved the house and immediately started the process. From the start of the process to moving in and only a few weeks in, Lucy and the team was helpful, guided me on everything and made this scary process easy and seamless. I had heard horror stories about how difficult it could be to rent a home as a foreigner without a credit history, but that was not my experience. Professional, helpful, warm and friendly was what we got from Lucy. I highly recommend her, the branch and the team.

GoogleThe level of service we have received has been second to none during our recent tenancy application and set-up. Nye was attentive at all stages of the application and has been in constant contact to make sure we knew our application's status. We've also appreciated how quick Nye's been to respond to emails or get on the phone to address any queries or concerns we've had. In addition to the practical elements, Nye has also been incredibly approachable and friendly with us throughout. We really feel that Nye has gone above and beyond, and has made what can be a stressful experience really streamlined for us.

He is knowledgeable on the market, he is extremely diligent, he communicates really well, he leverages his relationships with the banks to get the best terms, and he's incredibly dedicated to his job. No way we could have got our property purchase done without his help and relentlessness in getting us through some thorny issues. 11/10 would recommend to anyone thinking of going with him His team including Heather, were incredibly on top of the entire process and helped us with speeding it along (eg, chasing lawyers for updates, making sure things were moving).

GoogleBeware of KFH West Hampstead - An Appalling Real Estate Service I had an utterly terrible experience with KFH West Hampstead while renting a flat from them. The conditions of the apartment were deplorable, and they deceived both the property owner and us as tenants about its state. They assured us that a professional cleaning service would leave the flat spotless, but upon moving in, we discovered a complete mess and had to clean every nook and cranny ourselves for three weeks. KFH West Hampstead's service is the worst I've ever encountered in my life. Not only did they fail to meet their promises, but they have also completely ignored our requests for help and refuse to respond to us now. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this agency and seek a more reputable and trustworthy one for their housing needs. Furthermore, KFH West Hampstead made another promise to remove all the belongings from the flat, leaving it empty for our move-in. However, they left everything behind, cluttering the entire place and adding to the chaos. It was an additional disappointment that showcased their lack of responsibility and professionalism. This experience has left us frustrated and deeply dissatisfied with their services. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with KFH West Hampstead to avoid going through the same dreadful ordeal. Adding to the distressing experience, on the two occasions I attempted to visit the flat to take measurements or assess its condition, the agent from KFH West Hampstead displayed complete disregard for my needs. On both visits, he seemed eager to rush through everything, claiming it was his last appointment and pressuring me to complete the tasks hastily. During one of the visits, he even mentioned having plans to meet friends far away and allowed me only 5 minutes in the property. This unprofessional behavior further reflects the agency's lack of consideration for their clients and their commitment to providing satisfactory services. It is evident that KFH West Hampstead's priorities lie elsewhere, and they seem more interested in their convenience than meeting their clients' expectations.

I wasn't looking forward to the whole selling the house thing, but I needn't have worried. Laura, Harry, and the rest of the team were professional, efficient, and hugely importantly kept me informed as to what was going on. There are always delays, or periods where you wonder if anything is happening but I had regular emails and phone calls from the team keeping me up to date with the progress. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Sally and Hannah were great!Given I was travelling from the south coast to do viewings, Hannah arranged for visits to several houses in an afternoon. She was very knowledgable about all the properties and I was so impressed with her professionalism. Once my offer had been accepted, the vendors refused to take the house off the market until exchange and Sally was very supportive during what was a stressful time. There were a number of issues that cropped up over the intervening weeks and she managed these expertly and efficiently, liaising with all the other estate agents in the chain whilst communicating regularly with me so I was always kept in the loop. I approached three estate agents in the Hornsey area and was particularly impressed by Barrington Dutton of KFH whose attitude was so positive. I was selling a property in my role as executor for an old friend who had recently died. Although we could not sell until we had probate, Barrington showed the house to a variety of interested parties, some of whom offered significantly more than the asking price. When the mortgage rate began to climb, we lost these offers and the house suffered water damage during the winter. Undeterred, Barrington achieved an excellent offer from a purchaser who was happy to pay a good price for the property in its unrestored state. I am really grateful to Barrington and his team at KFH Crouch End for achieving such an excellent result in what the newspapers constantly refer to as a falling market.
