I must say that to start with they completely over valued the property.Eventually though they arranged the sale to a buyer who was in an extremely good position. Recently I was in the position where I urgently needed to buy a house after a divorce, for reasons that were both financial - renting was fast depleting my ever dwindling savings - and emotional - I felt very unanchored and discombobulated, and in need of a permanent base. The task of finding and buying a house at a time I could barely manage a grocery shop felt inconceivable: onerous, overwhelming, and frankly terrifying. Thankfully one of the first agents I met was Che Eleftheriou from KFH Crouch End who not only showed me properties that fit my wish list perfectly, but also seemed to instinctively understand that it wasn’t an easy time for me, and that I would require some hand-holding. The process - made infinitely more difficult for me due to ADHD and an innate aversion to forms and procedures - was far less taxing and stressful than it might have been, thanks to his patience and consistency. I will always be grateful to Che and the team for ushering me into a new chapter, set in a wonderful home that I still can’t quite believe is mine.

I was introduced to Sawan Shah as a mortgage broker when I tried to purchase a property listed by KFH. He was so fantastically helpful that I decided to keep his services even after the initial sale fell through and I moved on to another non-KFH listed property. Sawan went above and beyond at each and every stage of the process, helping me navigate the volatile mortgage market at the end of 2022 and start of 2023. He always made time to talk me through every offer and greatly helped with my decision making. He is also incredibly responsive to any small question I had, always replying within a few hours. This is in stark contrast with other brokers who are often AWOL for weeks or get annoyed if you ask too many questions.I can't recommend Sawan's services enough!

We were looking for a rental property for our client who suffered a brain injury and did not have the usual references etc. It was a very stressful time trying to find him a new home in the current climate. The team at kfh, Canada Water were always super helpful. They always answered any questions quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We came across multiple estate agencies in our long search but they were head and shoulders above the rest. We pick up the keys on Saturday and couldn't be more grateful for your service.

We used KFH Tooting for the sale of our property recently and i just wanted to say the whole team were an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times.The staff at Tooting were highly professional, polite and friendly at all times.I must give a special mention to Antony May, James and Daniel who were my main contacts through the transaction and they all gave what i would describe as outstanding customer service to us ag all times.We would have no hesitation in recommending KFH Tooting to anyone.We struggled to sell our property through many other agents and went for KFH Tooting because of the number of Sold signs from them in our area and luckliy for us I can see why they are so successful.

A big thank you to Shelley and her team who have done a really excellent job in finding tenants for my property in Blackheath. Chris produced an amazing video of the flat and I have no doubt at all that this encouraged viewings. Marta was really on the ball in all respects and great at keeping me informed on all aspects of the rental process. Very, very efficient. Dami was also great at conducting viewings and I can only say that every member of the team delivered as promised. Thereare many estate agents in Blackheath but I doubt if any could match Shelley and her team at KFH.

From the very first viewing (where Jonathan forgot to arrive and left me waiting for 15 minutes without contact, never showed up or apologised), right up until the end where we had to chase the keys after completion, the whole process was a shambles - Jonathan made us feel pressured and like we were the root of the problem when it actually came down to him promising his vendors too much in too short a time frame. Pressuring buyers because an estate agent has 2 sets of commission at stake is in my opinion, pretty nauseating. When we requested information we would wait for sometimes a week before any follow-up but were expected to have immediate answers for Jonathan should he require them. Added to this, he failed to mention that the Vendor's mortgage was expiring until after the December holidays (a month into the process) by which point, we and our solicitors were placed under unreasonable pressure to complete a leasehold purchase in less than 8 weeks - an impossible time-frame. He clearly knew this was the case as our current neighbours viewed the property to purchase in October 2022. I think it also prudent to note that as the agent for the property, he should (at the most basic level) know what comes included with the property. For almost 3 months we were led to believe the loft was included in the lease and it wasn't. This meant last minute renegotiation which was the last thing we needed and meant we almost lost the property. I would steer well clear of KFH.

From putting on market, to first viewing, to having an offer accepted (at asking price) was all concluded within 3 weeks, and exchange with a chain free buyer has been achieved in a further 7 weeks. Entire process including KFH recommended solicitor has been the easiest property transaction I've ever been involved with. Dealt with Sebastian, Liam and Beyzan mainly. A very good job was done, particularly on the price negotiation, which is where the agents really add their value.

I would recommend KFH, In particular my broker Sawan was a top guy and did an amazing job, securing me a good rate at a difficult time. I'm self employed and a first time buyer; Sawan knew exactly what to do and made the the process seemless. Initially Laurent was attentive and nice to deal and with so i was saddened to hear he had become unwell half way through the process. I hope he is doing better now and wish him all the best.

Pardeep and Sharon have been so helpful in organising my mortgage for the purchase of my first flat. First time buying has been really stressful and daunting, but Pardeep and Sharon have been so professional and supportive throughout. Pardeep found me the best possible mortgage offer on the market for a property with a short lease, and made sure I understood mortgages fully before applying to the lender. He and Sharon then helped me out when I needed to apply for a mortgage re-issue (3 times!) due to changes in purchase price and circumstance. They never hesitated to call my lender for help or updates, and were especially helpful in getting the final mortgage offer sent out speedily when we were ready to exchange. Pardeep was kind and calm when I was feeling anxious and took every possible step to make sure I was looked after, including answering my calls instantly and calling me to discuss my queries instead of simply emailing me. I couldn't recommend Pardeep's Mortgage Broker services more. Thanks to both of you!

I would definitely recommend kfh if you are selling or buying a property. ( I was doing both and had last moved over 20 years ago and wasn't over familiar with the processes). Kfh were really helpful when issues came up with my sale. I was assigned a specific person who very much looked after me through the whole process and liaised with other agents in the chain. Calls and emails were responded to promptly and the whole team were friendly and helpful if I needed to go in the branch. The personal touch did make a difference to me.

I felt like we had to keep prompting them to act to do things.We were told there would be a 'For Sale' board outside our property as part of our agreement but it wasn't put there for months until I pointed it out to them. Also, I asked them to add to the Right Move advertisement that there is off road parking outside the front door, which is free, to help from a selling point of view.There were 2 executors in the process of selling our parents' house, both myself & my brother. We should both have been cc'd in ALL emails from KFH but unfortunately we weren't. Ultimately this led to lots of confusion sometimes with only one of us knowing and assuming the other already knew or had dealt with matters arising.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
