Not happy with the service there are more towards seller. In our case they were in very rush and and very rude most of the times. I would not recommend any one to go with KFH.

They manage our building and we have been facing increasing service charges and costs with no explanation of the rationale. Many of us in the building had tried to reach out to them with little success and this is my last resort for my frustration . Do not use them. Absolutely useless

I disliked the initial, overly optimistic pricing of the house. A more realistic pricing, in view of the age and condition of the property and the predicted rise in interest rates, would have certainly expedited the sale and reduced the anxiety for the sellers.

KFH once engaged were very proactive on the advertising and sale of our property. We had constant communication and had the benefit of two regular advisors from the beginning to the end. This is important as does not happen with companies these days very often so that was a positive benefit.

The sellers of our house were using Sharon of Dulwich KFH as their agent. She was incredibly professional, transparent and fair. I trusted her, which made the sale far easier than it could have been. I would not hesitate to instruct her if we were selling a house.

Poor service... don't work in the interest of the landlord. Whenever anything goes wrong they shift the blame away from themselves and lay it on the landlord. Their answer is always to find expensive trades people, which do more than they need and the landlord ends up paying. Tenants don't seem to get a good service either.

Worst experience ever. Had a viewing at 1pm, they called me to move it at 12:45pm. I agreed and got there on time. Waited 15 mins, called three times and no answer. I do not recommend it. Sandra

Josh from the Balham Hill branch was very professional and went beyond his role as Estate Agent coordinating the lawyers to ensure that the exchange date we requested was met. He always returned calls and always kept us up to date with progress. So we had a very good ciustomer experience.

KFH Crystal Palace branch have let and managed our property for several years. We have been pleased with the quality of service and the responsiveness of the people involved in different aspects of the letting and management process. We have found their charges competitive and the financial aspects, including clear monthly statements, are transparent. We have had no reason to consider alternative agents.
