The inventory check-in costs and agreement fee are too high. The provided choice of professional cleaning is not available, especially for overseas landlords. we need the property manager who has regular communication to us.

KFH were patient, always very responsive to our seller requests and - ultimately - extremely good at their job! They secured a sale price for us above the asking price and really helped smooth the way to completion when the buyers’ solicitor seemed to be hard-to-reach and slow to respond.

I’ve been renting through KFH Balham office for several years and I have 3 flats rented by them. During this time I have never had a void period on any of the flats. The manager, Will Brindley, is extremely proactive and always keeps in close contact. If he is not in the office when I phone he always gets back to me on his return. I cannot fault his commitment and would highly recommend the office.

I used KFH to remortgage my property and had Sawan Shah as my agent. He was very helpful, patient and I find the process very streamlined. The only slight issue I had was with their app, it's not the easiest app to use and can definitely do with some improvements.
