TrustpilotWe used the branch in Chiswick High…
We used the branch in Chiswick High Street. Highly recommend our lovely agent, Amy Lawes, who we felt went above and beyond. Purchase was not normal as we were out of the country for most of the time and Amy was great at keeping us updated.

TrustpilotUnorganised
Unorganised, slow, inefficient. The worst management company. We are residents of Baronet House, NW10 7GP. Their communication and management skills are very poor. They take ages to resolve simple issues, don't provide updates in a timely manner, don't answer emails and calls, and their attitude is underwhelming. The lack of updates and how long KFH takes to answer our queries (when KFH bother to reply) massively frustrates us all. They cannot be trusted to do a decent job. Avoid at all costs.

TrustpilotGood experience with Lucas
Lucas Matta, the mortgage broker I dealt with, was excellent.Across everyone I dealt with through the home-buying process, Lucas was the one who I felt a sense of partnership with. He was very helpful, effective and trustworthy and I would gladly work with him again.

GoogleOur property has been managed by KFH for the past 11 years and we have been happy for the service except when it comes to work by the contractors; I have been convinced that contractors are not held responsible for their quality of work and there is no quality control by KFH

GoogleJuan was an excellent real estate agent who was always available to answer my questions and help with finding a solution that worked for me. He went above and beyond by proposing a 24-month tenancy with a breaking clause at 12 months, which …

TrustpilotAn amazing company and team
An amazing company and team. We have been dealing with the team in Raynes Park to sell a probate property. From the moment they came out to value the property to completion (with lots of issues and bumps along the road from buyers) they have been nothing but helpful, informative and absolutely amazing. They worked with us for over a year and always kept us informed without being overbearing. Were a great go between for us and the buyers and chased many issues for us.

TrustpilotVery happy with the service - reliable, well-informed, available to answer questions at short notice
Sawan Shah helped us find a mortgage for our first home purchase. We are grateful for his help. He was always very well-informed and available to answer our questions in detail and at short notice. As first time buyers, he also walked us through the home purchase process, which was also very helpful. We would recommend his services anytime! Many thanks, Sawan, for all your help!
