Smooth moving thanks to Johns&Co

I moved in to my new apartment recently and thanks to the great team from Johns&Co. Bethel Gamma is super nice and polite and help me with all the issues I have when moving in. He responded really promptly and ensure everything works for me. Destini-Rikki also assisted throughout the process, I always got a response back within a few hours, and helped connect me with the right people to solve out the problem promptly. Liam Alwar​​​​- the property manager also helped me a lot throughout the process. There's an old mattress when I moved in, and he helped me communicate with the landlord and agreed on changing a new one for me. I'm really glad I found my optimal flat in London, and with tons of help from Johns&Co make it easy for me.

I so far am happy to engage Johns&Co in handling my property from procuring and letting it out with minimum void time. The rent secured is reasonably good and the staff are friendly and efficient. Landlord's interest is given a thought such as the provision of the Client Money Protection Certificate which I was not aware at all previously. Staff/Client interaction is speedy with result. Amongst them Bethel Gamma is touching base with me more often and I do feel good with the assistance rendered so far.

Helpful and efficient property manager

Param Virdee is my property manager at Johns & Co. There was a recent water leakage at my apartment's kitchen and my tenants were unable to use the kitchen sink. The issue of water leakage made me worry about possible damage of the wooden floor. Param sorted out the issues quickly and coordinated the After-care team for the repair works. He replied my messages within a day and resolved the issue efficiently. Keep up the good work, Param!

I am compelled to write this having just moved out of a property. Some of Johns and Co's practices are not only underhanded but illegal. They will try to take money out of your deposit for 'final bills' (eg. electrictiy), despite us having settled these ourselves. We lived in a property that started with a broken dishwasher (they were already aware of this prior to moving in) and a broken airconditioning unit which they did not fix in our entire tenancy. The bathroom was so poorly maintained that during the first week of us moving in the bathroom pipes leaked into the below neighbour's flat. The shower also continued leaking on to the bathroom floor every time it was used because of failure by the landlord and John's and Co to maintain the property. Additionally, we booked a move out cleaning to be done as we have a dog (which we paid additional monthly pet fees for) and we used their desired contractor. For a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat to vacuum some dog hair they charged nearly £800 (it is a 500sq flat) and tried to claim that the upholstery was in a bad state. We had covers on all upholstery for our entire stay there. This upholstery was severely stained and marked when we moved in due to lack of cleaning and maintenance done by the landlord/ John's and Co. Do not rent through them if they are also managing the property and move out process.
