One day we were browsing flats on the internet and four days later we were signing the contract to our new home having worked with Hunters in West Hampstead. Devan was professional, friendly, honest and always on hand to promptly answer any questions or concerns by phone or email. From start to finish Devan gave an outstanding service and was in our corner, fighting and negotiating for us all the way. Finding and renting houses is notoriously stressful but we found our new place with Hunters and it was not stressful at all. We have recommended Hunters to others since and will continue to do so. Jordan has been excellent in helping me find my first property and really has gone above and beyond! He listened to what I wanted from the property from the start, was very patient and relaxed throughout all the viewings (especially when I was being fussy!) and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Preston Road Wembley Branch I regret to say that my experience with your service has been extremely disappointing. The level of unprofessionalism displayed throughout the process was astounding. From misleading information to outright lies, it became clear that your team was not transparent or trustworthy from the start. Unfortunately, after the deal was finalized, your true nature became even more evident. The promises made prior to the transaction were not upheld, and your team showed a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly caution anyone against working with your company. Amazing experience. After being messed around by other agencies I arranged a viewing with zack from the lettings team and he showed me two properties and and long story short I moved in a few days later in second property he recommended. As a commercial company we have been using Hunters for many years in renting out our portfolio of properties. We can certainly be quite demanding with our requirements so the fact we have continuously used Hunters when many agents have tried to win our business such as short term undercutting rates, speaks volumes. Whilst I have mainly dealt with Chelsea, Gideon and Kasim at Hunters West Hampstead branch and have found them to be highly professional, engaging and quick to respond to any question, other staff I have dealt with have also been excellent. I cannot recommend Hunters highly enough.

Had no working fire alarms since February!!! Don’t reply to emails or answer the phone. DO NOT RENT OFF THESE. House was filthy when we moved in took me 4 days to clean before stuff could be moved in- told them this and they just said rented as seen.

Absolutely the worst estate agents

Absolutely the worst estate agents , I booked a flat viewing at 4:45pm on Friday evening , I was left a voice message in the morning asking if I couldn’t attend please let them know, I was attending so not necessary, I drove for 50 mins in rush hour traffic and got to the property about 4:47 pm 2 mins late, on the travel over I phoned up the company 4 times leaving messages saying I will be slightly late no answer, when I go to the property the agent wasn’t there , no phone call to my mobile at any point, I knocked on the door and the owners were there very surprised to see me 🤔🤔 I said hi I have a viewing which they replied oh we didn’t know and there has been no agent there today waiting for me, it was very awkward looking around and then I left, the whole situation was a joke how DARE YOU treat potential renters/buyers that way not even turning up and even letting the owners know, waste of my travel time and petrol money , email the agents and they replied back there was someone there but because u was 2 min late they left as there to busy to wait, CROCK of S**t no one was there confirmed bye the owners, I really hope your company goes bust and u all lose your jobs , I should of look at the reviews on here before contacting your agency as there shocking and the worst Iv ever see. For a company Shameful Sharon mcevoy rude lady stay clear

Jaison was brilliant. He has totally restored my faith in estate agents. After a poor experience dealing with a large well-known West Hampstead estate agent, I can fully recommend the personal and professional service offered by a smaller firm like Hunters. Jaison was always available on the phone and was very helpful in guiding me through the process. He handled both the sale of my flat and the purchase of a new one. His excellent negotiating skills meant that I got a good price for both and he certainly earned his fee in achieving this. What impressed me most about Jaison was his honesty and that he didn't try and pressure me at any point. He gave me clear answers to my questions and assisted with any issues I had. He made the sometimes stressful process of buying and selling far more pleasant than it could have been. Most of all, he was a genuinely nice person and it has been a pleasure to deal with him. I would recommend him without hesitation and, thanks to him, I am now living in the flat I wanted in a relatively short space of time. Thank you Jaison.

We managed to view 3 flats all within close proximimity of each other on a mid-week evening, and within a week had a contarct signed for one of them. The contract negotitations were quick, and Simon went out of his way to stay late in the office on the day which we collected our keys to ensure we could gain acess to the flat before the bank holiday weekend. I was very surprised by the service I received. Been dealing with agents for the last 5 years, and I have never had a good experience. Agents used to promise and never delivered. Mantas from Hunters completely changed my view of estate agencies. He told me straight away that he works differently from all other agents. Instead of spending hours with me on a viewing, we spoke over the phone for about 15 min, he asked relevant questions, and he understood everything I wanted to have. Rang me after 1 hour and said “I have it”, then again I thought “ The Estate Agent is going to invite me for something with my budget, but nothing close to what I am looking for. Surprise 100% match, everything I asked for and not a waste of my time. Paper work and all reference process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Hunters West Hampstead Mantas and Chelsea.

Avoid at all costs. The worst of the worst!

Couldn't have come across worse agents. Took two months to get the house on the market because of continuous delays with contracts, photos and communications. Extremely unresponsive overall, would sometimes have to call for weeks to get an answer or an update. The agents come to house viewings without knowing anything about the house and they lie more than any service provider I've ever dealt with. The absolute bottom of the barrel of estate agents. Avoid at all costs!

We would really recommend Gideon Gold and Michael Posner at Hunters if you are looking to sell your home. Everything from start to finish was completely professional - the marketing materials looked amazing, their valuation was spot on, and we had an asking price offer within 2 days of putting our flat on the market with them. They were communicative throughout and did what they could to push the sale through when things were moving slowly. 8yo living in freezing apartment for over a week

The flat has no heating and the boiler is not working, while the agent claimed that they are working fine during the viewing. The engineer said it takes 3-5 working days to get the parts to fix the boiler, my 8yo has to live in freezing cold apartment for more than a week. The agents just sent us 2 portable heaters and said we have to bear with it.

Hunters West Hampstead were fantastic with our house sale. We dealt with three negotiators, who were all excellent in their own way. First we dealt with Michael Posner, who valued the property and arranged viewings. Michael (unlike other agents we'd used previously) was able to identify some really positive features of the flat and seemed to believe in it as a product. He managed to achieve a price 80K above our previous offer! Secondly we dealt with Gideon Gold, who knows this market inside out and as such was able to give us very sound advice about the price we should accept for the property. He was also extremely helpful in the latter stages of the sale when we were concerned the property might be selling for less than its worth as a result of the housing boom. He took the time to help us see the positives and negatives of a price change would be, so we could decide what to do. Last,(but by no means least!), we dealt with Adam Arnold. Adam's determination and perseverance in acquiring the last legal document, (without which the sale couldn't have gone through), was very impressive. He also then- at the 11th hour managed to get the buyer to change the contract slightly, so that the sale could exchange on that day. All three negotiators were fantastic and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you Hunters!
