GoogleMy god-daughter came to this branch to find a property and we had a very pleasant experience. Our agent Ruman was attentive and reassuring throughout the entire process. We went to countless agents before we came to Foxtons and I’m glad we did. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

GoogleI have been with Foxton for the last two years and they were always helpful in resolving the issue. Since I decided to move Ruman Mir went out of his way to help me with the new location and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I can’t stress enough how helpful and effective he was during the whole process for which I am very much thankful!

TrustpilotNew X Foxtons is appalling
New Cross Gate letting office is appalling. I had a misfortune to invite them a few years back for valuation and then when changed my mind, asked them to delete me from their database as wasn't planning to do anything with my house. And guess what every year I am receiving unsolicited calls inquiring about valuation, letting, selling. They promise to delete my number every time they call once every half a year in average, pathetic.

GoogleVery organized and responsive, they consistently reply to my messages and calls regarding concerns in a timely manner :) I loveee the user-friendly and up-to-date website, which allows for easy access to all documents, contracts, and payments. Very easy to pay with cards from the United States! Jamal Hussain is awesome! He dedicated his time to assist me in locating a suitable home for myself and my cat, Lalo, near my school. He consistently demonstrates attentiveness to my paperwork and payment needs, and he is prompt in facilitating the completion of necessary tasks.

GoogleCan you imagine that you are a tenant who paid 6 months upfront payment and till signed the contract, everything been well but after no response, no reply to emails. Apart from this, they are trying to sell the house when we are inside without any information. Worst service ever! Do not deal with this people ! Especially Jamal Hussain.

TrustpilotPriorities are wrong
Foxtons can't seem to answer simple enquiries about a property - for example "how long is the leasehold" or "what are the service charges". Instead their focus is on gaining as much information about the person inquiring as possible. Ie they have more interest in adding to a dataset of potential buyers and marketing themselves than in answering a simple enquiry. I certainly wouldn't sell with them given how they prioritise themselves over the sellers interests..... of course all this is in the guise of "customer service" but it's not really is it? It's blatant marketing and self promotion.

nightmare agents. do yourself a favour and use a different one. these are the guys who give estates agents their bad name. its been almost 2 months since i completed and they still havent given me the full set of keys or removed furniture as promised. i dealt with jordan at the temple fortune branch and every day he has a new excuse. they dont respond to messages or phone calls and provide a truly awful service. there are plenty of other good agents around who provide a much better service.

They take the money and then abandon their landlords. Do not rent a property with these agents as there is no customer support or response. I have had a couple of issues and queries - I have had to ring several times with long wait times and email multiple times for a response, still waiting three weeks later. They never reply or respond costing me hours of wasted time and stress.

Our experience with Foxtons has been appalling. We dealt with Oram Ohene-Djen, our letting negotiator, who from the very beginning was unhelpful, dismissive, and often gaslighting us whenever we raised concerns. Instead of supporting us, he downplayed delays, avoided giving clear answers, and left us constantly uncertain.

I rented a flat in Richmond through Foxtons. While I want to acknowledge that Ciara DuPont was professional and genuinely tried to help, my overall experience with the lettings team, particularly Margot Redpath, was very disappointing.

GoogleWorked with Milica. Got really bad experience. Had to view houses that did not fit my criteria. Was left by the agent in the office just right after viewing session to start paperwork with other person. Had to go to the office again to do right to rent, but could do that during the first visit. Was not told that time and location for key collecting on the website was wrong. My overall rating is nonprofessional and time wasting. Do not recommend.

Landlords don’t be fooled by the nice offices and friendly staff. They are ruthless. They take 13 percent + VAT for rent collection only and lock you in for 5 years. It’s not the tenants we need protecting from. It’s the ruthless agents.

GoogleI have been trying to locate a flat for a few months now, but as an American trying to do video tours all overseas it has been a really difficult experience. Jamal made that process so simple and got back to me the exact same day. He genuinely cared about my interests and struggles of finding a flat and helped me secure one very easily. GoogleI would to highlight this agency has rented my flat out twice and I can’t thank Jamal Hussain enough, he’s the best agent I’ve met in my two decades of being a landlord, he’s very attentive, sharp, on job and is the best man to get the job done - thank you Foxtons and Jamal top notch I’d give you 6 stars if I could.
