I did not rent a flat through them but went to a viewing for a 3-bed property they were managing. The agent showed up 20m late without a word of excuse, knew very little about the property which hadn't been cleaned for viewings and was in a disgusting state (dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, leftover food swimming in moldy water in the fridge). On top of that, the agent tells us that if we want this property we are going to have to massively overbid: asking price was 2,550 and he asked for 2,850 at least. I know this is a general market trend at the moment but I thought it was crazy to ask for this much for a flat like this and that they could have straight away listed it at 2,850 to avoid wasting my time.
