I want to write about my wonderful experience with Niema.After 4 years of dealing with another agency, Niema from Chesterton took over the managing of our property and from the first phone call (I was already surprised she called) I was so impressed that I remember thanking her for being so professional and prompt in finding a solution to our situation.Quite honestly I had lost all my trust in Agencies after my previous experience but I am now really hopeful.Niema is proactive, professional, quick at problem solving and lovely to speak to. Chestertons made my sale a very very quick, smooth and a comfortable experience. I have rented my flat out with Chestertons/James Pendleton for a number of years. Their property manager Sam is outstanding and has made renting the flat out very straightforward. He is brilliant at managing problems or sorting things out if they go wrong at the property - always very quick to respond and works hard to ensure that I pay a reasonable but not extortionate amount for products and services if required.The wider lettings team are usually very responsive and quick to sort out marketing material, contracts etc when there is a change in tenants.

I've been using Chestertons as my letting agency for some 4 years now. I am happy with the services.
