But this is especially so at the moment with Tim, Emily and Romy as the team looking after my properties. They are consistently excellent at finding me tenants - at or even above the asking price. Much better than other agencies.

I had a very positive experience with Chesterton. The agent showing the flat was polite and responsive and the agent managing my flat is very kind as well and very quick in responding to my emails and addressing any issues raised. They complete regular checks on the flat conditions (fire alarms, elettrical, gas, etc.) which is also great as it ensures the flat is in good conditions.
