Worst service ever. I had a viewing booked for 2 properties today at 4pm. I was told I would get an email confirming a day before. Didn't happen and I didn't know where to meet the agent first. Today I called twice. First, they said they would email the agent. Later, I called and they said they would call me back soon. I am yet to receive that phone call and it is now 4 hours past the time of my viewing. Disgusting treatment. Highly recommend KFH instead if you intend on buying/renting in this area. They will actually contact you.

This will be the first time I've given a review for a business/person I didn't end up using/instructing but I can't let the amazing work of Annie May go unnoticed. Annie proactively got in contact with me to enquire whether I was interested in letting my property which at the time I hadn't but Annie's experience, knowledge and consultative approach helped me prepare for rental. She introduced me to tradespeople and was huge support but as my circumstances changed I didn't end up renting for which I still feel a little guilty. Despite this, Annie continued to stay in contact to check how I/the property is going. I've never been contacted more by a business which ordinarily would be annoying but Annie gauges everything perfectly that it's a huge help and I'm thankful for her persistence. If/when my circumstances change again then I'll be in contact straight away. You're a massive credit to your employer.

I have just sold my house via Chancellors estate agents in Highgate. All the team were great, especially Mr Hussain Qazalbash. Hussain was a fantastic agent who worked really hard to secure a solid buyer for my property and was continually active in making sure the sale went through to completion. His communication throughout the whole process was brilliant and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional which I'm sure helped ensure a good relationship with the buyer also. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received and I cannot recommend Chancellors in Highgate enough, especially Hussain. :):)

Paul, Adam and Mat were a fantastic team - can't recommend them highly enough. Have bought/sold several flats/houses over the years, mostly in the Highgate area, and Paul and his team were without doubt the nicest, most helpful group of estate agents I have dealt with. Our sale wasn't the easiest, and we had several false starts due to the market conditions at the time, but Anscombe's worked hard to get every viewing they could, and were very thorough with feedback and follow through. Pleasure to deal with: as with most things in life, treat them well, and they will look after you in return!

Finding a home in London and going through the many formalities is often a pain as a stranger to Britain. The general process was pretty inflexible and annoying, lots of it out of the letting agencies direct control. Anscombes did what they could on their part to facilitate the process for me. Especially Alice Maynard, my main point of contact at Anscombes, was always available to help out. She was helpful, polite, charming, and replied to my many questions with endless patience even at quite impossible hours. Questions that I did not really know whom to ask, and that were going beyond what Ancombes would have to do for me in their official role were still answered by her, helping me a lot. She guided me through the many steps and parties involved in getting references checked, deposits settled, the property checked, helped out extremely swiftly when our heating was failing and we were sitting in the cold. Also I was very happy to find Anscombes also open their office on Saturday, making it possible for me to take care of things i cannot get sorted during the week.

I have worked with Paul Constantine over the years and have successfully purchased two flats with his help. He is great to do business with - no nonsense, gets the job done and has a great sense of humour. It can be tough deciding which flat is the best choice for our needs, and Paul was always helpful and has proven to be spot on with his advice. we certainly hope to do business again in the near future. We are currently working with Jerome in the lettings department, who I am sure will deliver for us superb tenants too!
