GoogleI am in the process of buying a flat marketed by Chancellors with Jordan showing me around. As a first time buyer I found the process very smooth and professional with Jordan being patient and understanding with any questions I had about the property he was marketing.

GoogleZara Wright from A&R's Highgate Office provided exceptional service for me and my wife when we were flat-hunting in North London recently - first while we were still overseas, then on site in N London for viewings. Of the agents who provided input via listings and advice, no-one was as responsive and helpful, with frequent updates on listings, all relevant to our original request. Thank you Zara.

GoogleWorking with a new estate agent is always tricky. You need to have trust in the agent and that trust needs to be earned, it cannot be assumed. The experience of buying this flat could not have been better. Our negotiator was professional and open and always available to help move the sale along. Queries were dealt with efficiently and promptly. Thanks Paul for your work.

GoogleVery helpful, particularly Adam and Matt. When a sale fell through, they worked very hard to find another buyer and save our moving on. My only reservation was we were helped by four people altogether and weren't always clear about their inter relationship. Even so, too many cooks was outweighed by always having someone available.
