GooglePaul, Matthew, Adam and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful with the sale of our flat. They were always polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly during viewings. They were fantastic at keeping in touch and letting us know how they were getting on at every stage of the selling process and they were brilliant at advising us the best price to market the flat at and also getting all the brochures and postcards created and printed. Such a lovely bunch of people to work with - definitely not your stereotypical estate agents at all - really can't recommend this team enough. Thank you so much for all your help.

GoogleTENANTS BEWARE. A&R do not manage the properties. This is not told to tenants before renting. What this means is if your boiler breaks down, you'll be chasing your Landlord, and A&R won't have anything to do with you. But the second you want to deduct from the rent. Then they'll start signing from the rooftops about the tenancy agreement. No different from any other crook estate agent. Just they're based in Highgate so generally decent properties/landlords.

GoogleThe Team in Anscombe and Ring land Highgate where absolutely fantastic. I had a number of agents view the property and its always a leap of faith choosing one but from experience I now know I made the correct decision . Sophie and Zara where great , nothing too much trouble , they were passionate about my flat , gave great advise and communicated all the way through the process . Big thank you to both

GoogleHad a good experience with Zara W. Were shown a number of apartments. In the end we chose to go with another agent/company - and when telling negotiators they sometimes sound very disgruntled about that. Zara however was still very professional and nice, acknowledging our situation and made us feel warm towards using them again, should we want to look in the Highgate area. A refreshing attitude that needs to be highlighted. //d

GoogleI'm calling Chancellors for two days by now, after the landlord signed off the deposit release, and everyone is telling me it's not their job. Neither they answer my emails.

GoogleI had many negative experiences with estate agents in the past, but Athena at Chancellors was very helpful and went out of her way to help me find a suitable flat in the Highgate area. She was professional, accommodating and patient, even when I may have been a bit difficult to make a decision. She is genuinely helpful and I'd definitely recommend her services to others.

GoogleI contacted Chancellors about a couple of properties in the Archway/Highgate area, and was put in contact with Athena. While we did not end up going with the apartments we viewed with her, her service and support during the process was outstanding. If we require a move in the future we will certainly make contact again to view properties.
