Estate agents have a terrible press, usually rightly so in my experience. But then one has the good fortune to encounter Clio, the nicest, friendliest and most efficient agent I've ever come across, and the profession is suddenly hiked up a notch. If they were all like Clio, then estate agents would be as popular as nurses... (well, almost)...

Over the previous 12 months Tim and the team have advised, marketed and secured tenants for 3 flats we own. Even when the market seemed hard they came up with innovative solutions to entice tenants and ultimately secured one. Excellent work. Highly recommend

Met the best agents that I have ever experienced here in Barnard Marcus, Tim and Manon. I have worked with 7 different agencies in total and they are the just the BEST. Very friendly and helpful; the paperworks were done quick and clear. Now relaxing on the sofa in a comfortable flat in Russel Square, I couldn't be more grateful.

They were both very friendly and responsive, and always available for help and assistance. I highly recommend their service.

This agency has just rented out a flat for me as a landlord. They found a tenant quickly and negotiated and concluded the tenancy arrangements efficiently. After an initial hiccup, they were exemplary in keeping me informed about progress. I found the agency generally very helpful. in particular, my principal contact, Ellie-Louise Murphy, and also Tim Fifield, when she wasn't available, were most helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
