I had been using another estate agent who was utterly useless and apathetic. I was recommended Michael Atwood at Barnard Marcus in Covent Garden. What a massive difference that has made to, not only selling my flat, but my life. Michael talked me through the selling and viewing process with patience. He found me a committed buyer within a very short space of time. He engaged with me on a weekly basis during the initial stages and as we headed into the more intricate parts of house sale he would make contact as often as needed. Michael maintains fluid communication ensuring I am abreast of progress and understand the process. He worked tirelessly on my behalf to engage with my solicitors, the buyers and their solicitors. All the above should give you a good idea of Michael's professionalism, commitment to his clients and perseverance to complete the job. Not only that, there's even more to recommend him, he has a great sense of humour and brightens every aspect of what could be a very difficult transition. We had a very good experience with this agency: the day we walked into the office in Covent Garden, an agent called Daniel was able to bring us to view a first property nearby. The flat was very nice and we sent in a first offer below the asking price thinking they would never accepted it but it was worth a try! Three days after the agency called us saying that they pushed to landlord to accept our offer cause they believed we were very respectful and organised students and they made the impossible happen! I'm very grateful for their professional behaviour throughout the whole process and their efficiency in satisfying our further requests! A particular thanks to the agent Tim who put a lot of effort into the process and the rest of team who worked on this!

Overall a good experience renting a property with Barnard Marcus. Had to actually do the whole process virtually! Clio was super helpful and patient throughout the process. The only disappointing fact was that when I arrived, the property wasn't properly pre-checked and it was quite disturbing after a long trip. Everything did get shorted quickly and I would work with them again in the future!
