Was able to rent an apartment in a span of 2-3 weeks with the help of Barnard Marcus! Everyone was really helpful and efficient. When I saw my apartment on Zoopla, I contacted the agency and Tim was kind enough to let me view the apartment just 30 mins after I made the phone call. After which, everything went smoothly and efficiently after I made an offer. Thanks for your help!

Booked an appointment this week on Tuesday for a viewing and was canceled 1 hour before the appointment because agent was not feeling well so I rescheduled the appointment to later this week and I get a call again 2 hours before the appointment that they have to cancel because the property has been sold ( considering selling properties don’t just happen without warning or paperwork. ) No offer to seeing other properties that are similiar especially when customers take time off work to go to viewings. Just asked to reschedule again. Not sure if they are the most reliable agency to work with and I definately don’t recommend working with them. Very unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism

Clio understood how much we liked the property and was constantly liaising and advising us on ways to secure it and make sure everything went smoothly. The team at Barnard Marcus is phenomenal, we were working with Tim and his rapidity to answer any question has made everything go way quicker than we expected. We found a flat that had all the requirements that we needed, and were able to move in after 10 days. Tim and Daniel let out my property in 48 hours in January!!! And I got payment in full for 6 months, fantastic! And they let out 4 properties for me in total ! All of them within 2 weeks time and I even got royalties (Thai)and pop stars (USA) as my tenants. Amazing! Theirs fees are also competitiable . I am happy to give reference if anyone asked
