Strattons & Partners Bath reviews in Camden Road

★★★★★ 5/5

I sincerey recommend Stratton and Partners. I have used other estate agents in Bath before who could learn several lessons from this company! Dylan and Georgie were my main points of contact. They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. A WhatsApp group was set up immediately after I instructed them to advertise my house. The lines of communication from day one were excellent. We even had daily reports to each other at various points in the proceedings. They genuinely couldn't have been any more helpful. Selling your house is never straightforward, but Dylan and Georgie did their utmost to ensure everything went as smoothly as it could. I would also like to thank Alex for his support when required. A 5 star review for a great estate agents. I imagine there aren't many estate agents that get such good reviews! Thank you all...

In the past six months we have both sold and purchased a property with Strattons and Partners, and both times we were extremely happy with the service they provided. The whole team are professional and personable, and did everything in their control to make the process as stress free as possible. In particular, Georgie was amazing at communicating and sorting any issues that arose along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Strattons and Partners.

We had a positive experience with Aidan, who was friendly, professional and pleasant to deal with throughout the process of buying our property. The sale was quite challenging due to some difficulties with the seller, but Aidan did his best to help manage the situation and get things moving. We appreciate his efforts during what was sometimes a stressful process and his help in getting us into our new home!

I have just bought a property sold by Strattons and Partners. This year has been a difficult one to transact in the housing market but thanks to the hard work from Dylan and the team we were able to make the purchase. They managed the process superbly, gave us great advice and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Strattons have been brilliant. My brother and I are so pleased we chose them to sell our late mother's property. Dylan found us a buyer very quickly and Dylan and Georgie worked tirelessly, and with enthusiasm, to ensure the sale went through. Georgie was proactive in sorting out difficulties with the sale almost before they arose. Their frequent communication with us couldn't be faulted. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We looking at moving as a family

We looking at moving as a family. Unfortunately the property we were unable to live with the property we find with street ahead as the landlord wanted to under go some relays beyond our time limit. However l have to say the services of George the consultant from Addiscombe branch was expectional through out our search. He was very helpful and understood the type of property we as a family were looking for. And in the words of my 9yr old, He is a very good agent. Thank you George.
