Maya has been more than helpful and provided her expertise of the properties when we initially liaised. Her professionalism was prominent as she thoroughly explained what made the properties stand out and highlighted all the positives that worked in our favour. To us that meant that she pays great attention to detail and memorises her clients preferences and does her best to match those to whatever is available on the market. She also proved to be very knowledgeable in regards to the area itself and shared all the essential tips that one would need in regard to parking, traffic, transport links etc. overall one of the best viewing experiences that would convince one to go ahead with streets ahead due to the great attention to detail.

Arthur has been extremely helpful…

Arthur has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Initially we ended up a bit late to our first viewing but we went straight to the 2nd property instead and there were no issues. He drove us to the next property which was very nice, while being conversational and telling us about shortcuts to the station and other useful tips. After the 2nd viewing he dropped us off near the station. We ended up not going for any of the properties however he has already since sent us a lot more links to houses which are more suited for our budget.

Thank you all for the excellent support on our recent house move. All staff have been very helpful but Dylan in particular worked extremely hard to manage a long chain and steer our sale and purchase successfully towards exchange and completion. We had regular updates on progress and always very quick responses to any queries along the way. The chain broke down a couple of times but Dylan was always on hand to do his best to quickly mend the chain and get the transaction moving again. I would highly recommend Dylan and Strattons and Partners generally for people looking to move house within Bath. Thanks again all for your support and service on our recent house move!

Dylan and his team at Strattons helped us to sell our house quickly, at a good price that we were happy with, and tracked the process through to completion. Even though our first buyer pulled out suddenly only two days after agreeing to purchase, Strattons soon found us another buyer who was in a better position to proceed. The property details were well presented and promoted. There were a few points at which the process seemed blocked, for various reasons, and Georgie was very responsive in helping to sort out the issues by maintaining good communications between our buyer, their solicitor and ours. It was helpful being able to use a dedicated Whatsapp group for messaging. Strattons definitely earnt their fee and I would thoroughly recommend their services.

I genuinely could not recommend Strattons any more highly. We bought our property from them & from first viewing to exchange the process was extremely smooth. The team show real care & are always on hand for any questions/queries. They clearly have an extensive knowledge of the market & the communication throughout was amazing. Georgie is an asset to the team, helping the sale progress & liaising with the chain at every stage. Our purchase went through in less than 3 months & was very smooth. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Absolutely amazing from start to finish when dealing with the sale of my Mum's home of over 30 years when she sadly had to go into a care home. I met Oliver 'Ollie' from the Addiscombe Branch at a viewing about 2 weeks ago. As I walked through the doors of the property I knew it wasn't for me (the property had only just come on the market and so pics weren't available when I was contacted to view it). Anyways, I told Ollie what my requirements were and he then said, oh, we have 2 other properties I can show you today. These weren't booked in, but he made time to then show me those properties in the afternoon. Unfortunately, neither were for me.

I sincerey recommend Stratton and Partners. I have used other estate agents in Bath before who could learn several lessons from this company! Dylan and Georgie were my main points of contact. They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. A WhatsApp group was set up immediately after I instructed them to advertise my house. The lines of communication from day one were excellent. We even had daily reports to each other at various points in the proceedings. They genuinely couldn't have been any more helpful. Selling your house is never straightforward, but Dylan and Georgie did their utmost to ensure everything went as smoothly as it could. I would also like to thank Alex for his support when required.
