The whole team are professional and personable, and did everything in their control to make the process as stress free as possible. In particular, Georgie was amazing at communicating and sorting any issues that arose along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Strattons and Partners.

GoogleStrattons have been brilliant. My brother and I are so pleased we chose them to sell our late mother's property. Dylan found us a buyer very quickly and Dylan and Georgie worked tirelessly, and with enthusiasm, to ensure the sale went through. Georgie was proactive in sorting out difficulties with the sale almost before they arose. Their frequent communication with us couldn't be faulted. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We looking at moving as a family. Unfortunately the property we were unable to live with the property we find with street ahead as the landlord wanted to under go some relays beyond our time limit. However l have to say the services of George the consultant from Addiscombe branch was expectional through out our search. He was very helpful and understood the type of property we as a family were looking for. And in the words of my 9yr old, He is a very good agent. Thank you George.

I spoke to a lovely girl on the phone who I think was called Ava and she was very happy to provide me with all the information I wanted on a certain property I took an interest to. Well spoken, aware of my situation and requirements, and was able to guide me through the pros and cons of the property for me, which is a nice change from other estate agents who try too hard to push sales. I do hope to deal with her again when the time comes.

GoogleOur experience of Strattons and Partners was a very positive one. Our initial contact was with Dylan who we found very knowledgeable and informative. Alex who worked with us through the sale of my property we found equally knowledgeable and professional. His experience was evident and we quickly felt we could trust this. The most important thing for me was that we felt Alex was alongside us all the way through the process and this felt supportive and re-assuring. He was available whenever we had questions or concerns about the sale and kept a good line of communication between us and our buyers. Alex and Dylan work very well as a team. There was a problem with the sale at one point when Alex happened to be on his summer break, however, Dylan picked it up seamlessly and acted swiftly and a satisfactory outcome was reached.

Alex was in regular, weekly contact with us, providing detailed catch-up calls and keeping us in the loop after every viewing. The group chats they set up were a brilliant touch, ensuring we were always in the know and able to communicate quickly and easily. The marketing materials, particularly the video and photography, were outstanding and really showcased our home in the best possible light. What stood out to us the most, however, was the availability and responsiveness of the team. Every viewing request was accommodated without hesitation, which is a true testament to the dedication of the two-person team. This level of service is something you don’t often get with larger agencies, where long wait times and less personal attention can be a common frustration. Very disappointing experience with Kacey and a complete lack of communication. She knew I needed to move within a week but still had me complete the form and viewing, then stopped responding when I asked whether not being able to meet the tenant in person would be an issue. A waste of valuable time when I was working to a tight moving deadline.
