Been renting a new build 2 bed house orbit,been wating since April 22,the front of house living room and bedroom are always freezing cold,and I mean cold even with heating on,every day I'm having to wipe condensation and it's a lot from windows, even inside front door is soaking wet,don't think it's insulated properly, other residents have started complaining.had enough.

The house and backyard are made of high quality materials and sturdy too. We couldn't ask for better since we've been with persimmon homes and the fence and doors were made out of paper and quality of the stairs and insides were at most serviceable. We haven't moved in yet so I will update this review as time flies by. However the neighbours are absolute trash. They put their garbage in our bins...

As a potential buyer I became aware of their failure to keep the site in a tidy condition. A resident told me this is an ongoing problem and their customer care is very poor.

They do not keep to their own repairs charter.They do not care about the tenants or the tenants rightsQuite happy to actually break the law and leave tenants without their basic requirements, hot running water, during the pandemic
