We bought our first home at Heronsgate in autumn last year. There were a few delays due to COVID along the way, but Katherine was very helpful throughout the process.Have no complaints about the build quality of the house and are happy we decided to go with Hopkins Homes.

Very pleased with the service we have recieved so far. It has all been very courteous and professional. I hope this continues into the aftersales.Update 2023: So after doing various bits of DIY on our home, taking the facade apart I have discovered some atrocious work and standards. McDonalds wrappers and rubbish left under kitchen kickboards. Holes smashed in walls to route wiring. The fitting of doors and windows is truly bodged. This is likely down to the individual contractors that Hopkins use, but is a reflection on Hopkins themselves.

Absolutely over the moon with the service received from Hopkins Homes in Norwich, Norfolk. Heidi in particular guided me through all the steps, answered all questions I had being a first time buyer and was very efficient! She is an absolute credit to the Hopkins team! Can't recommend enough!

Just bought our home at Kingley Grove from Hopkins homes and are very happy with it, especially the build quality which is not only solid but also has a classic feel to it. Right from the time of reservation until now, Jo Chapman from the sales office has been extremely helpful and attentive to our requirements and concerns. Jo and the maintenance team (Adam and Stuart) have been dropping by time and again, to check if we were settling well and help us whenever required. Overall, highly recommend, if one likes the perks of a new build yet traditional looking home and the aftercare provided.

Our favourable impression of Hopkins Homes at the Melbourn Development started with Jo, at the Sales Office there. She was immediately friendly and helpful and, having chosen our house and embarked on the purchase, we realised how efficient and knowledgeable she was. She couldn't have done more to smooth the process for us. The houses are finished to a high standard and, compared to previous experience with other builders, we had relatively few snagging issues. Those that did occur were usually promptly resolved by Adam, the Site Manager, who was also a pleasure to work with.In some ways we were relieved we had sold our previous house and had had to take up rented accommodation prior to completion as the build programme with Hopkins is 9 months, which must be more difficult for anyone hoping to sell and move on the same date.All in all, we are very happy we found Kingley Grove in the pretty village of Melbourn and have been able to settle in so quickly over the last few months.

From first walking into the sales office several weeks ago at Millers Gate, Soham my experience with Hopkins Homes has been a pleasure. The ease and helpfulness of the sales representative, Brandon, has been consistently excellent. Full credit for having a enthusiastic knowledgeable person with a sense of humour and willingness to go the extra mile. I have been trying to purchase a Hopkins Home for sometime and when I first went to River Reach development and met Clare I found her to be most helpful from the beginning of the process right through to the moving day. We spent time choosing the kitchen cabinets floor covering ect and nothing was too much trouble and found her advice very helpful. Even after moving in we have kept in touch to make sure everything was satisfactory and it has been. Thank you.

We really love our Hopkins Home in Needham Market. The spec is great and the design of the development has clearly taken in elements of the surrounding areas. It's so pretty and peaceful here. From the first phone call to the present day, nothing has been too much trouble and any minor issues have been dealt with very quickly and professionally. The site teams are considerate at all times and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HH. Any reservations I had about buying a new build are a distant memory.

Don't purchase from them you will lose your £1,000 deposit the salesman lied to me told me they would give me as long at I needed over the 28 days as the showroom had been taken down and I had the last 3 bed that was not ready till Aug anyway they must be doing this to more people than they sell houses I'd have been completed in 12 weeks at least Dick Turpin wore a mask shame on Hopkins Homes plus I've heard that so many problems have been uncovered at Hunstanton good riddance don't fall into this trap ,,,,,,, fast forward now July 10th and I see plot 134 what was going to be my purchase was put back on 30k more and today they have reduced it 10 k the greedy home builders have come unstuck please don't buy it plus they have unwanted guests in the entrance field that you buyers will have to pay out for as the council to clean up after do not have a contract with them to upkeep this estate happy days if you didn't blow your money on them
