Extremely helpful. Ann in the sales office has explained the process in detail and is always there to answer any questions I’ve needed answering. Hopkins homes stood out by a mile compared to other developers on the estate. Each house is built with care, and this shows with a 9 month build time, unlike other developers with a 5/6 month turn around time. It’s definitely worth the wait.

Having read some of the previous reviews, I totally agree that the Sales staff are all nicey nicey and say what they think you want to hear. Once you have parted with your money and things go wrong, that's a different story. My experience is at Willowbrook, Bramford. The Sales Consultant there has become extremely rude to me and indeed I am aware of other people having experienced the same. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

So far so good. The "sales" process and reservation of our proposed new home has gone well. The sales manager took time to explain the complete process and show us the property under construction. He also kept us informed on progress of the reservation application. During reservation we were taken through all of the selection items and sites / property plans and answered our questionsA good experience

We have visited several Hopkins developments in our area. All the staff we have met have been lovely, helpful and informative. We felt they were honest and not just trying to sell you extras. The high quality of the builds was one of the main reasons we kept going back to Hopkins despite looking looking at other developers. Fantastic customer service and look forward to moving into our new home.

I completed the purchase of my new home in April 2018.The whole experience has been problem free, money/keys were exchanged without delay. I have had no major issues, any initial concerns have been monitored by the Site and the Head Office team. Would i recommend Hopkins, absolutely, i have no fears that within the 2yr warranty period that any issues will be resolved and with any major purchase having peace of mind is everything.

Communication with the sales office has been amazing. I had a couple of requests which were denied. I feel like Hopkins Homes (Corporate) only looks at the bottom line and doesn't really take time to know or be flexible with rare circumstances. As a former business owner myself, my business would not have been successful if we had treated all customers the same.

We moved into our new home 2 years ago,very well build,only few slags which they sorted out whenever they are formed. The only downside is our garden is rather small which wasn't very clear on the plans when we reserved and there is no electricity in our double garage which i find odd as our neighbours garage have electricity. Overall Good!

If you want something is very very very slow. Don't buy extras , use your own Solicitor not one from their list. Only rated as 1 star as nothing lower.
