We have been chasing them up weekly for a year now to get things addressed, they keep promising to get it done but haven’t actioned anything. Absolutely disgusting service from the site in Wymondham Norfolk, would have more luck trying to get in touch with the international space station. Problems do not get sorted. Feel very let down. Would fully recommend no body to buy a place from these rip off merchants. Unfortunately the lowest rating is 1 star they deserve none.
