Unexpected Help

We were buying a 2nd hand Hopkins Home from a vendor who was buying a new Hopkins Home - we had a few problems relating to our sale and the help we got from Hopkins Homes was superb even though we weren’t buying from them ! In particular Katherine Grant was an absolute star, with her knowledge and contacts we were able to keep our chain intact and complete our move, which at times looked destined to fail.

Customer Service that Care

I purchased a property back in 2020 and the sales and customer services team were great. However, the reason for this review is that i contacted their customer services team a few days ago to ask if they had records of the tiles used in the property. I didn't expect much as its not as though they are gaining anything from taking time to deal with an old customer but Max was incredibly helpful and sent me the details of all the finishes for the house. Taking care of previous customers shows the culture of the business and really grateful to have support years after the initial purchase. Thank you, I can now add some tiles that match instead of re-tiling the whole bathroom!

Hopkins homes are a 5 star company. From my first visit to the sales centre to completion day and ongoing with the aftercare I cannot fault their customer service and the quality of their homes. A particular mention for Kim the Hopkins sales agent who oversaw the whole process. This is the third time I have bought a new build the first time with HH. You are in safe hands with Kim. She really wants to ensure the home is the right one for you. No sales patter but pure love for her job. If he a fourth time to buy a new build its HH for me. Finally after you have moved in along comes georgie to look after your snagging needs and support. A lovely and approachable person where any problem is dealt with in a courteous manner. We placed a deposit on a bungalow under construction late summer subject to a sale of a property in the Midlands. The Best Housing Developer

We are so happy in our home built by Hopkins Homes. I would not want to buy a home from any other housing developer. The homes are spacious and well built, the customer service after purchase is beyond fantastic. Every little thing we reported as a snag (there wasn't much!) was fixed immediately and Jack went above and beyond to get things fixed. I would highly rate Hopkins Homes to anyone, they are the best in the business! Thank you for building our dream home!

My positive feedback

I moved into my new Hopkins home last year. There were the initial small issues, but it was so much easier than I expected to get them resolved. Everyone from the Sales team, site teams and the customer service team were incredibly supportive. The contractors were polite and always cleaned up following their works. I like that even after you have moved in I still receive calls from my coordinator to make sure everything is ok. I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone. 5 star service all the way.

I purchased a property from Hopkins…

I purchased a property from Hopkins Homes and moved in December 2023. Right from the start, the customer service was excellent. Sheridan was friendly, honest and efficient. It was my first home so I really appreciate her support with all the complicated aspects. I love my new home. Friends and family have commented on the high standard of the build and finish. The rooms are light and airy and the flat has been well-designed to include built in wardrobes and additional storage. There was very little to report in the snagging survey and the very minor issues were sorted straight away. The landscaping around the development also looks great. I would recommend Hopkins Homes.

River Reach Development repair of crack in ceiling

River Reach Development Firefly Close Andy was asked to attend our home to repair a large crack that appeared in our kitchen ceiling.He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do.He was so friendly and professional he was a delightful man, extremely conscientious,and so clean and tidy.We didn’t know he had been.He told us at stages what he was doing and when finished explained what he thought the problem was and what he had done to prevent it happening again.Andy is a credit to Hopkins and we really felt that he should be given a mention. From the first visit to The Elms in Woolpit we have felt all of the butterflies and excitement one hears about when buying their new home. Jason has been fantastic throughout the whole journey of purchasing our home. - selling a home and placing your heart on the line when buying a new one is stressful but with Jason and the team everything with Hopkins home has felt enjoyable, warm and they have truly provided a top standard 5 star service. We are so grateful to have found our house with them and for Jason, as he has been a pleasure to work with. We have just moved in and see him on site and he continues to be kind, helpful and generally a lovely person to have a chat with alongside being super professional. He genuinely cares about our happiness with our new home. Our snagging list meeting has been arranged for a couple of weeks after we have moved in and we have full confidence in being taken care of having met Lukas who really cares about the high standard of workmanship in the home he has built with the team. Hopkins homes do not disappoint! We were looking for a new home but more importantly, a well built new home. After reviewing several companies and being disappointed with the build standard, we found Hopkins Homes in Woolpit. Jason, the Sales Manager , and I, started talking when all we saw was a bare field. Jason was very approachable, knowledgeable and if he needed to find out the answer to a question, he would come back to us quickly. He helped us to decide on the right home for us, without pressure or agenda. Even on his day off, he would reply to any question we had. The whole process was smooth and efficient. On the day of moving in (at the end of August this year) we found a beautiful, clean and tidy new home, ready to move into. Jason was there, together with the site manager to talk us through every aspect of the gadgets in our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them all. We have a snagging meeting next Monday and to be honest, we struggled to find anything, such is the build quality and workmanship in these homes. Jason, thank you! For Everything. Xxx

A customer-focussed process towards home ownership.

Nothing has been too much trouble for the on-site Sales Manager in terms of conducting viewings on the development, explaining timings and choices of finishes, and guiding me through the plethora of information which is provided once one has reserved a property. I have been impressed by the build quality I have seen so far and by the extent of the inspection visits which I am told will take place before completion and hand-over. The development itself is well laid out, not cramped nor crowded, and well furnished with green spaces. I look forward to taking possession of my new home in a few months' time. Everything so far has been customer-focussed.
