TrustpilotAlex tozer
Alex tozer helped me through my property transaction, from the start he was very helpful and proactive in chasing a result for me. He was only ever a phone call away and always happy to talk. Was a pleasure working with him-Jordan

Facebookcalled for book in an appoiment, I'm still waiting a call after 4 days the person on the phone was unprofessional and rude text the day before a text through messanger and I'm still waiting a response. No clear poor customer service at the start. I wouldn't recommend to anyone if this is the customer service that they will provide to anyone.

After my MTVH shared ownership sale, I forgot to cancel my standing order for rent and service charge. Kieran King of SoResi went the extra mile and fully recovered outstanding credit as well as my accidental overpayment.

TrustpilotHelp with lease query
After confusion with what a solicitor was asking for I received two calls from MTVH both of which were extremely courteous and helpful and I was impressed that they used phone contact rather than email. I wish more people did that so thank you both for your help
