GoogleNo reservations in recommending Steve at Redmayne Cambridge for the buying and selling process. A stop start sale process was handled pragmatically and we ended up getting the deal done in a difficult environment. Also brought my next house through Steve which was handled well with clear communication and expectation setting throughout.

GoogleWent to view properties for rent for a 18 year old student. Visited two properties, explained to the agent who the rental was for. Got home, decided to rent one, so phoned today, told couldn’t rent it because these rentals were for post grad only. So I drove 50 miles for absolutely nothing. Going to report them to the ombudsman. Not even sorry, what a bunch of wasters.shame you can’t give zero stars.

GoogleStarting with an excellent, well-researched presentation on the marketability of our house, right through to completion, RAH provided a first-class service. The whole transaction was fuss-free and carried out calmly and efficiently. They were also very pleasant to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful.

GoogleIncredible the lack of competency RAH have, would receive faster replies if there office was based on the moon (until it comes to taking your deposit). Fortunately we argued against this and they gave more deposit back. Avoid if you can, gobsmacked that there ratings are in the 3s to be honest.

GoogleRAH were professional and supportive throughout the period of selling our house. We were very happy with the valuation, the brochure and the contact with the sales team was excellent. All the staff I dealt with were polite, helpful and prompt to reply to any queries I had. I would definitely recommend this estate agent.

GoogleWas not informed that the property I was supposed to view was already let. Traveled 30 minutes on the bus there and didn't see anyone there so I phoned them only to find out then that the property has been let.

GoogleHard to rate as I've used RAH to sell my property as well as rent property from them. The sales team were great and did a good job. The rental team for the most part were great, but the communication from them during the tenancy has resulted in a dispute over the deposit. While I expect they are only acting on their clients instruction, it's left a bitter taste.

GoogleRAH recently sold my house in Cambridge. I found them efficient and professional throughout. The quality of the brochure and photos were both excellent and their marketing of the property was comprehensive. Additionally the communication of viewings was good and process of negotiation handled very well. Overall I would not hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleOverall had a good expereince with RAH. I did not have a ton of contact with them (which seems like a good thing) but when I did need to reach out for repairs they were quick to reply and send someone.

GoogleTried to arrange viewing for a rental property I really liked and they could only offer viewing a week later. I asked them if they could hold it open until I viewed. They refused. Sure enough it had been let before my viewing. I was left annoyed but the landlord should be annoyed too (I might have offered more money or been a better tenant).

GoogleDO NOT USE. We got lied to multiple times about various aspects of our lease. We were ignored when reporting issues and spent the winter months in cold damp house due to their incompetence. Bunch of cowboys you should avoid at all costs
