Established in Portsmouth in 1995, Northwood has rapidly expanded to over 80 estate and letting agents across the UK. Our Cambridge branch caters for both sales and lettings in Beverley, Hull and surrounding areas. Northwood became my agent 4 years ago taking an initial property for 1 year on their Guaranteed Rental service, after 1 initial year i was so impressed that i signed for another 3 years. GoogleI moved from Northwoods traditional package onto their guaranteed rent scheme a few years ago, and this has meant I have had consistent rent coming in even when the property has been empty in between tenants. I have always found Sean to be professional and responsive in the service he provides

Very disappointed with this Branch. After experiencing valid concerns of problems in my daughters bedsit, it has become extremely difficult to contact them or get satisfactory feedback. Customer service is seriously lacking. I will not use this Agent in the future.
