It has now been more than 2 months since I asked for my tenancy to be extended and adjusted so that I could move in with my parter, and haart have not finalised the agreement, causing me not only a great deal of stress, but also issues with rent payments by misaligning the tenancy dates despite the ample notice I have given them. They have been terrible at returning emails or keeping in touch, to the point where before the end of the initial tenancy, the landlord messaged me directly to ask about my intentions as he too could not get ahold of anyone from the relevant team.

0 Star. Big warnings to those considering using this company. Ever since signing the Property Management contract with Haart and handing over our keys, our peace of mind was over. It has been an extremely distressing year dealing with Haart (warning no.1). We were just waiting for the contract to finish so we can leave - not without the price of a heavy "exit fee" (warning no.2!). The latest bombshell they dropped on us: they "failed" to mention to us that the contract with them is still not finished and will continue past the contract date, so long as they still haven't issued us their invoice for us to pay the exit fee (warning no.3!!!) How can we pay the fee and leave and get our property keys and essential documents back, if they don't issue us an invoice before the end of the contract? Does Haart expect us to still be paying them after the contract year is finished, because they are late with their invoice???? The worst thing isn't just having to pay for bad services when you didn't know better. It is finding out they are not done with you even after you have lost all that money already.

I just exchanged contracts for a purchase via Haart in Cambridge and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Jay Miah was fantastic from start to finish. He was so professional, and the entire process has been effortless. It has taken 10 weeks from offer made to getting the keys and it hasn't been stressful at all. From contact haart were excellent, it was easy to arrange a valuation. Benjamin Banks arrived on time and was very enthusiastic about our property. Ben fully explained the process and set out a plan of action to get our property sold. We had had other estate agents round and required time to think about who to use. Ben left us to think about our decision and put no pressure on us to use haart, he only asked that we let him know which way we had decided. Ben's enthusiasm and professionalism won us over, we arranged a visit to start the paperwork and take the photographs of our property. This was all done with the same enthusiasm and professional manor Ben had started with. Jay Miah ran our Open House (Saturday) and showed the same enthusiasm and explained how the event would run. We left our house in the hands of Jay and went for a coffee. On my return Jay said he had never worked so hard in an hour, he even had had to remove his jacket! (Sorry Jay to make you compromise your style). Jay went on to keep us appraised of all offers and kept in contact so we knew exactly what was happening, our house was sold by the Wednesday. We would recommend haart if you are putting your property on the open market. We found the process painless. We are now sold STC and able to close on our chosen property. Just had a wonderful experience with two haart Cambridge employees from the Regent St office. I live in Cambridge and arrived home with a big van full of boxes of books from my recent house move. Amman Naveed-Akhtar and Jay Miah were chatting to friends nearby. We’ve never met but when they saw me struggling to unload they all immediately offered to help. These lovely guys cheerfully unloaded 30 heavy boxes and neatly piled them in my house in about 10 minutes flat. Neither they nor their friends would accept a penny for their hard labour. If these are the sort of employees that haart recruit, I know which agent I’ll be using for my next house move. So impressed. Thanks again guys.
