GoogleThis feedback is specifically about the process of a residential sale with Haart. When we approached Haart we were hesitant to pick them as, from the quotes we got, it was on the upper end of the fee range. However, thanks to the time initially spent by Daniel Frost explaining how Haart approaches the whole process, taking the sale as a whole, and supporting their clients through the process, we took the plunge to list with Haart. In the meanwhile, we were looking for an onwards property. All the advice and support mentioned by Daniel at the start materialised exactly as described. Initially with all the support to find a buyer, then with frequent and very patient checkups with Ren Pugh who thoroughly supported us through most of the process helping us both with our sale and even giving important pointers to help with the onwards purchase - all very patiently, professionally and with timely follow ups. Our more significant interactions ended up being with Ren and her support and easy communication really smoothed out a lot of the process taking a lot of stress of our shoulders. This was also highlighted to us by our conveyancer. For residential sales, I'd highly recommend listening to Haart's Cambridge pitch and taking the services offered seriously.

GoogleI have been using haart to sell my property, who actually sold me the property a few years ago. Aside from some communication issues between the staff regarding availability for showings I can't fault their service. They had my property on the market within around 10 days and within 2 weeks I had 2 offers. Since my house has been going through the sale Ren from haart has been helping me. She has been so communicative and helpful, chasing when needed and keeping me up to date constantly, house sales are stressful so I am really grateful to have people such a Ren that make the process easier.

GoogleI talked to Maria Chacon and she is so incredibly friendly and service-oriented. I loved that she genuinely wanted to help me with a mortgage and scheduled a zoom call for me. I prefer a zoom call. I appreciate that haart is using modern tools. Maria accommodated all my needs and availability regarding my viewing and was patient even though my phone connection wasn’t the best. I really appreciate her help and kindness and especially patience.
