I found Aaron with excellent customer skills who showed us around the house with calmness and enthusiasm!! He seems to be a very engaged employee believing in what he is doing. GoogleUnfortunately my latest experience was not good. I agreed a price which was high then it was increased. I paid the agreed price and, as a result, had a poor service. Very disappointed. They asked the tenants to take video and photos of the flat for them. My new tenants were told the existing tenants did not want them to view the flat. I checked and this was not true, it was 2023 so no covid restrictions. On the day there were issues with documents not signed. Will not use again, a shame as I had a previous professional service.

GoogleThe process of buying a house is not easy, especially when you have no previous experience and you don’t have family or friends who have gone through the same process in that area. When I expressed my situation, along with all the questions and uncertainty I had, Mr. Aarón Wynn-Lintern of Haart Cambridge came into the scene. After asking many questions and understanding precisely my situation and how I felt, he told me, “Don’t worry, I will take care of you.” He did as he promised, and I felt like I had a close friend actively helping and looking out for what was best for me.
