I thank Bidwells for selling my house. Bidwells did everything most efficiently and professionally including the initial advertising, escorted viewings and everything else that has to happen between choosing the right buyer and the final exchange and completion. Andrew Tucker gave me advice and guidance when I needed it and kept me informed throughout ensuring all questions and issues were resolved quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Bidwells to everyone who has a property to sell.

GoogleWe were quoted £585 fees for an early release from our tenancy agreement. Once everything was signed and visits had started, the fees then jumped to £1685 due to an "error" on their behalf.. As things were already in motion for us to leave the apartment, we had not choice but to pay the increased fees. A clear lack of professionalism in managing this situation overall and no accountability.

Quick and professional service, helpful, accessible (over the telephone works the best) and able to quickly solve issues. One star less is for a Goodlord referencing company, whose attitude is total opposite: pathetic chatbot with "backdoors" to bypass programmed stubbornness, no personal (operator) contact possible and absolutely no response from the support team for two opened cases.

GoogleInsipid, will try to screw you over in order to maximise their revenue. This includes not fitting appropriate fire alarm systems or dealing with repairs in a proper manner. Sending cheap workmen that do poor quality jobs that subsequently aren't fit for purpose. Not chasing or dealing with tradesmen - they just passed me the details to deal with them, completely ignoring their job. After sending a workman to repair the boiler, we had a CO2 leak - which my own alarm picked up. They subsequently sent someone with an actual license to deal with it who made comment on the poor job previously.

GoogleRented our property in Cambridge through Bidwells, the whole process went smoothly and as much as one should expect from a top agency. The real service came through the property management which was also through Bidwells. We dealt with a top property manager who was attentive to any issues (big and small) and incredibly professional at all times. Dealing in property myself i know how challenging property management can be. On this occasion they didn't put a foot wrong and made our tenancy far better than expected. Keep it up.

Bidwells did an excellent job with helping us get settled with our new home. Our situation was particularly complicated at times because we moved from a different country, but the Bidwells team walked us through the process, and was very prompt about answering our questions. Our contact person was Niki, and she did a wonderful job with keeping us updated, and managing communication between us and other entities involved in the moving process.

GoogleThe worst experience with an estate agent we've ever had. Don't believe a word they say. The agents were always short and rude on the phone, and their clear motivation is to lie to potential buyers to hike up the price as much as possible. In contrast we had great experiences with other estate agents in the local area.

Though they did not represent my interests directly, they were always responsive, curteous and happy to take me on multiple visits to the property. Most importantly they were always truthful and did not try to deceive/paint a wrong picture (as many high street agents unfortunately do).I would highly recommend them anytime.
